All our fabrics are sold by the meter, cut to 1 meter length × 1.6 meter width per unit.

Q: How much fur do I need for a fursuit? A: Rough estimates (1.6m wide fabric): Head only 1 meter; Partial (head + paws + tail) 2-3 meters; Full plantigrade 5-7 meters; Full digitigrade 6-9 meters. Always buy 10-20% extra for mistakes and pile direction matching.

Q: Can I order swatches before buying full meters? A: Yes. Our Swatch Sample Pack ($29.99) includes every color in our current lineup. Swatches are sold separately and cannot be credited toward fabric orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes. We ship worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery estimates.

Q: What if the color doesn't match my character? A: We strongly recommend ordering the Swatch Sample Pack first. Monitor colors may vary from actual fabric. Returns accepted for uncut, unwashed fabric within 30 days.

Q: How do I commission a fursuit? A: Visit our Custom Commissions page. When slots are open, fill out the inquiry form with your character reference. We'll respond with a quote within 3-5 business days.

Q: How long does a commission take? A: 8-16 weeks depending on complexity and queue position. Exact timeline confirmed in your commission agreement.

Q: Do you offer payment plans? A: Yes — 30% deposit to secure slot, 40% at halfway milestone, 30% before shipping. Custom plans available upon request.

Q: Is your fur suitable for fursuits? A: Absolutely. Every fabric is hand-selected for fursuit making — dense pile, strong woven backing, minimal shedding, and vibrant colorfast dyes.

Q: How do I care for my fur? A: Spot clean with mild detergent and cold water. Air dry completely — never use heat. Brush regularly with a slicker brush. Full care guide included with every commission.
